A new request starts a conversation about work. Accepting a quote does not collect payment. An appointment becomes scheduled only after the customer confirms the business proposal.

Safety

Report or block from an eligible conversation. A saved report does not imply it has been reviewed. Blocking stops new messages and job interactions in both directions. For urgent danger, use local emergency services.

Account access and data

Keep using your original sign-in method to access existing records. Email and social sign-in do not automatically merge accounts. Signed-in account settings can download some records or submit an export or deletion request for manual review. Submitting a request does not complete it immediately.
